An experienced AdTech professional with 10+ years of experience, Luca has worked on the commercial side of leading globally-known networks, such as Fyber, AppLift, YouAppi and Glispa-Marketech, helping several hundreds of clients to develop growth strategies locally and internationally. He has an in-depth understanding of how mobile marketing works and how to maximize campaigns’ ROI. In 2019, he founded the biggest mobile advertising portal in Italy, Mobile Marketing Italia, and at the beginning of 2020, he launched REPLUG, a mobile app marketing agency focusing on paid and organic growth as well as CRM and digital infrastructure consulting.
Yevgeny Peres is the VP Growth at ironSource. Before ironSource, Yevgeny joined Supersonic in 2012 as the Director of Mobile Operations, tasked with kick-starting the company's mobile product development and operations. In 2016, following the merger with ironSource, Yevgeny began overseeing all mobile product strategy - meeting with top clients to understand which tools and capabilities developers need to maximize growth. Yevgeny also leads ironSource's fraud research activity, and has become a recognized thought leader and sought-after speaker in the anti-fraud space.
Tarika Soni, currently heading up Europe for the Gaming vertical at Snapchat. Her current role focuses mainly on revenue growth driven by performance marketing both for mobile and console across Snapchat's ad product suite. Prior to gaming, she headed commercial strategy for India by setting up the first Snap office in Mumbai to drive user growth and revenue in SEA. She has previously worked at Twitter for 5+ years managing top 50 grossing apps in Europe and pivoted towards product at MoPub, running their video stack in the RTB space.
A veteran of user acquisition activities, Lorenzo has managed up to 7-figure monthly budgets across a wide variety of advertising platforms. His work in leading companies such as Zalando, LOVOO and Free2Move, has allowed him to develop a unique experience in mobile app marketing strategy and optimization activities. In 2019, he founded the biggest mobile advertising portal in Italy, Mobile Marketing Italia, and at the beginning of 2020, he launched REPLUG, a mobile app marketing agency focusing on paid and organic growth as well as CRM and digital infrastructure consulting.
Carolina began her career in digital marketing, working in the online recruiting sector, where she initially dealt with Business Development and then moved to Performance Marketing.
In August 2019 she joined Whatwapp, a leading Italian mobile gaming company, as Digital Marketing Manager. She is currently in charge of defining the paid and organic acquisition strategy for traditional game apps developed by the company.
She loves to analyze the market, new trends, and data, crucial factors in any decision-making process.
As Chief Marketing Officer for Genera Games, Luis is responsible for leading the corporate marketing strategy and helping his marketing teams effectively, sustainably and profitably scale their games' revenue and player base. His main focus currently is growing GenJoy's new hit narrative match-3 decoration game, Tuscany Villa. Before Joining Genera, Luis worked in console gaming at EA Games and 2k Games before moving into the mobile world and working for Gameloft, King and Outplay Entertainment.
Luca is currently working as Head of Product Marketing in Linz, Austria and he is tasked to grow to the next level the flagship app of adidas Runtastic, the adidas Running app (formerly Runtastic Running). He is leading a cross-functional growth squad including marketing, UA, ASO, CRM & BI: the squad is in charge of connecting product and marketing in order to give the final user the best experience possible while creating sustainable growth.
