James is CEO of Redbox Mobile and presenter of our Mobile Afternoon Tea Talks series. Redbox are a technologically advanced mobile agency, specialising in paid and organic user acquisition, with their own proprietary tech platform for Apple Search ads / Google App campaigns delivering scale and value. They work with many major app clients internationally, start-ups, scale-ups, mobile first and traditional companies. James is currently learning to live with his new 60 second commute from bedroom to office. James was previously Managing Director of IronSource Europe and Chairman of IAB gaming committee.
 Isabel has a decade of experience in app marketing having worked with companies such as Appsumer, Mobfox and Supersonic. Now Isabel is Sales Director for the UK & Ireland for Adjust, a global B2B SaaS company. Born at the heart of the mobile app economy and grown out of a passion for technology, the company has 16 offices around the world. In total, more than 35,000 apps have implemented Adjust's solutions to secure their budgets and improve results. Â
 Susan oversees the app growth strategy for The Very Group, the UK’s largest integrated pureplay digital retailer and financial services provider, with annual sales of £2 billion and over 4m customers. Susan was recently nominated for App Marketer of the Year at the App Growth Awards and is an experienced marketing professional with over seven years of industry experience working within fashion, beauty and tech verticals.
Darren is an experienced Digital Consultant currently supporting Shell across their global mobile optimisation programme. Darren has over 20 years' achievement envisioning, developing and executing strategic digital transformation projects and customer campaigns across mobile, web and social channels.
Ollie is a digital marketing specialist and strategist; widely experienced in data-driven performance marketing. Starting his career at Wavemaker (then MEC) working with large clients including Lloyds Banking group, Compare the Market, and Combe. He moved to Sky to help develop digital strategies across product teams, and now works at News UK where he is responsible for developing and executing an integrated and long term digital subscription strategy for The Times & The Sunday Times.
Hannah recently won App Marketer of the Year for her work as the Head of Growth at Curio, a UK-based app an audio app which curates the best content from publications such as The Guardian and The Economist. Curio has been selected as Apple’s App of the Day in 16 countries, including the UK and US, and has been featured in 80+ countries.
